 Jimmy Bostic has the title Sr. Loan Officer, but is more often referred to as a mentor or advisor by the team of LFS Home Loans. Jimmy has been involved in Real Estate & Insurance since 1985 and originating mortgages for more than 10 years. Jimmy has worked for brokers and lenders, once simultaneously running two top branches for a regional lender, one in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and the other in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Jimmy might be the elder member of the LFS Team, but he certainly doesn't rest on his laurels. Choosing to continue originating and help those newer to the business, Jimmy is often the first person in the office every morning and one of the last to leave. His commitment to providing the best service for his customers is infectious, driving others in the office to also go the extra mile.
When not helping his customers or fellow loan officers, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his family, watching a good Pittsburgh Steelers game, or going out on the boat. He also has a reputation for making some of the best barbeque in eastern North Carolina and homemade onion rings that are second to none.
