LFS Home Loans announced the winner of its Gas Grill Give-A-Way contest that occured during the Waverly Day event on June 18th. The Humphrey Family of Apex, North Carolina won the grand prize. Mrs. Humphrey entered the drawing at the LFS Home Loans display on Saturday. The stainless steel grill was 50,000 BTU's and had 700 square inches of cooking surface along with a side burner. 

Along with the drawing, LFS Home Loans gave out over 100 free snow cones and countless bags of popcorn to visitors. LFS Home Loans considers Waverly Day a big success and the staff appreciated the opportunity to reach out to new customers who wanted a free mortgage consultation. Business aside, the the most valuable part of the day was meeting additional members of the Cary community and seeing the bright smiling faces of children and adults alike as they sipped on free snow cones and enjoyed the rest of the festivities.
