No Income, No Asset Verification

Don't want to verify your income or your assets?  Your credit score and 2 year work history may be all you need to qualify for a NINA program from your mortgage lender.

NINA = Little Verification & Quick Closings.

No Income, No Asset Verification is a type of loan that is commonly referred to as NINA. NINAs are similar to Stated Loan Programs, but take it one step farther. No income or asset information is listed on the loan application at all. Instead, a borrower qualifies solely on their work history (length of employment and type of employment, not income earned) and their credit history.

Because income or asset information is not provided, greater emphasis and restrictions are placed on a borrowers credit history, and mortgage/rental history. If your mortgage history or rental history is not listed on your credit report, be prepared to provide canceled checks for 12-24 months.

NOTE: Due to economic factors, NINA programs are not as widely available as they once were.
