As a first time homebuyer, I was a little nervous about the entire home buying process.  I wondered if I could find a home in a neighborhood I liked, much less afford one!  Working with LFS Home Loans was a wonderful experience.  I had a lot of questions along the way, and my loan officer was very helpful and patient with me during the entire process.  My loan officer showed me that not only was I in a great position to purchase a home, but that my monthly mortgage payment would be less than what I was paying in rent!  I didn't know too much about mortgages before buying a home, and LFS really took the time to explain everything to me.  Knowing that I'm putting money into a house that will build equity is a great feeling.  LFS Home Loans really had my best interest at heart - I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
